The team here is first and foremost, a 'Team'. The level of cohesion and collaboration between people who obviously respect each other and are singularity focused on delivering the best result for the patient is evident immediately and continually through the entire visit. I called first thing in the morning after suffering a broken crown the night before. Despite not having been to any dentist in years, much less a current patient of this practice, the staff swiftly found a way to help me in between their current patient load while also working around an appointment I had later in the day. I was greeted kindly, respectfully, genuinely made to feel that the team could not have been happier work me around their schedule. Everything was explained to me with excellent detail and reasoning and every question I had was answered without rush or the exasperation typical to many medical offices. Dr. Baddam was terrific and found a temporary solution to work with my budget and timetable. Hiss assistant Alex was warm and attentive throughout. Special shout-out to Dental Assistant Daniella who was professional, kind, and did everything in her power to put me at ease. I left the office today with a plan to resolve immediate problems, an appointment for next steps, and a firm belief that I am definitely going to continue with this team for the foreseeable future. I absolutely recommend anybody considering a new dental team to check them out.

Frederick Dental Group is truly an exceptional practice. The office is always spotless, welcoming, and calming the moment you walk in. The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful — they make you feel comfortable every step of the way. The doctor is thorough and takes the time to explain all treatment options clearly, making sure you fully understand what’s necessary and why. There’s never any pressure, just honest guidance and excellent care. From my cleaning to my crown even my Invisalign treatment I always knew what to expect! And a special shout-out to the office manager, Danielle — she is absolutely the glue that holds everything together. From A to Z, she is on top of every detail and ensures the entire experience runs smoothly. Her organization, communication, and calming presence truly make for a peaceful, stress-free visit every time. I can’t recommend Frederick Dental Group enough!

I’ve always been scared of going to the dentist, but Dr Baddam and the staff really put me at ease. They are all very compassionate. The dental hygienist, Roseann, is very nice and isn’t rough when cleaning my teeth, like I have experienced at other dentists. ~ Joyce Joy

It was my first time at Frederick Dental Group and they treated me like a treasured guest! They were so patient and attentive when I needed documents from my previous dentist. Everyone is truly caring and friendly. The doctor and staff were super thorough in their care. I would recommend this place to everyone!

By far one of my favorite dentistry offices ive been to! Wonderful staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Really feel like they respect you and your time, while still giving full attention to your issues. And somehow make it all fit--haven't had to wait long at all for any visit so far. Highly recommend FDG to anyone looking for a dentist in the area!

Went in for a broken tooth; Lisa was super kind and understanding when it took me some time to get to my appointment, even though I was late, they still saw me! Alex is awesome and hilarious; he helped me feel relaxed and explained things to me in detail about what was gonna be the deal with a tooth extraction. Dr. B was also amazing! He took his time and made sure that everything ran smoothly. I felt listened to, informed, and taken care of. Just got my sutures out today and will definitely recommend Frederick Dental Group to anyone!

I’ve had an excellent experience going to Frederick Dental Group! The entire staff is welcoming, professional, and has made me feel comfortable. The office is clean, modern, and very organized. Dr. Baddam and the staff take the time to explain everything clearly and answers all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I really appreciate how gentle and thorough the care is. I hate going to the dentist, so it’s not easy finding a dental office I can trust, but they’ve exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality dental care and a friendly team

I had an emergency appointment with Dr. Baddam for a tooth extraction, and as someone who is absolutely terrified of dentists, I was incredibly nervous walking in. But from the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel comfortable and cared for. I was told I wouldn’t feel pain, just a bit of pressure — and honestly, forget about the pressure! It felt more like a dental massage in a dental spa performed by two teddy bears. The whole experience was so gentle and reassuring that I could hardly believe I was having a tooth extracted. Huge thanks to Dr. Baddam and the amazing team for turning what I thought would be a nightmare into such a calm and positive experience. Highly recommend!

Exceptional Care from a Top-Notch Team! Dr. Baddam, Alex and the entire office operate on a completely different level. They are incredibly thorough in planning your dental needs, taking the time to offer multiple recommendations before starting any procedure to ensure they are doing exactly what is best for the patient. We are so thoroughly impressed with their outstanding care that our entire family has officially switched to this practice! Dr. Baddam, Alex and the rest of the staff are true top-tier professionals; we feel super lucky to have found them. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
